Dr. Udrasols graduated from the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. His medical interests are medicine, surgery and dentistry.
He is a member of the AVMA and IVMA. He is also an active member of Kiwanis. In his spare time, Dr. Udrasols (usually called Dr. Jeff) enjoys gardening, geocaching and spending time with his children. Jeff and his wife, Danielle, have a daughter and two sons.
Dr. Spencer graduated from the University of Missouri School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed an internship at Purdue University in equine medicine in 2002.
She joined Meridian Veterinary Clinic in May of 2003. She now practices small animal medicine exclusively and has interests in internal medicine, senior care and pain management. She and her husband have two dogs, one cat and two horses, and in her free time she enjoys horseback riding and Cardinals baseball.
Dr. Shelby Puterbaugh (or Dr. Shelby) graduated from the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2017 and joined the staff after graduation. She has a B.S in Biology from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. Dr. Shelby's medical interest include dentistry, behavior medicine, and wellness care.
Dr. Shelby has two dogs, Rocko, a German Shepherd and Joey, a Cattle Dog mix. In her free time Dr. Shelby enjoys hiking, dog agility, and attending Cincinatti Reds games.
Dr. Gangemi (or Dr. Val), originally from Sicily, Italy graduated from the University of Bologna in Italy in 2011. She joined Meridian Veterinary Clinic in August of 2017. Her medical interest are Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Orthopedics.
In her spare time, Dr. Val enjoys spending time with her daughter, Margherita, and taking her dog, Bianca, on walks.
Dr. Sheff graduated from the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. He joined Meridian Veterinary Clinic in 1988 and stayed as a full-time veterinarian until 2001.
He is still practicing on a part-time basis at the clinic, concentrating on surgery and special cases. In 2001, he joined the staff of the Airport Animal Emergency Center.
In 2008, he became Director of Operations and President of the Board of Directors of the Airport Animal Emergency Center. Dr. Sheff and his wife, Kathy, have a daughter and a son.
Being a native of the Southside of Indianapolis, Dr. Haviland attended Southport schools where his parents were both schoolteachers. He graduated from Southport High School in 1952. He attended Indiana University for his pre-veterinary schooling, and earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Oklahoma State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1960.
After practicing in a Southside veterinary clinic for two years, he built Meridian Veterinary Clinic in 1962.
He is a member of the AVMA, IVMA and CIVMA, and an associate member of AAHA. Dr. Haviland was married in Oklahoma in 1959, and he and his wife, Jan, have two daughters and two grandchildren.
